Premise

There are a number of tools and scripts that support proposing and review processes at the NRAO and GBO. For the needs of the TTA Tools, we identify three categories for these tools:

1. The TTA Tools will take responsibility of maintaining the tool
2. The TTA Tools will interface with an externally maintained tool
3. The TTA Tools will import or export data from/to the externally maintained tool

The assignment of the tools to one of these categories needs to be determined and approved.
