Premise
There are a number of tools and scripts that support proposing and review processes at the NRAO and GBO. For the needs of the TTA Tools, we identify three categories for these tools:
- The TTA Tools will take responsibility of maintaining the tool
- The TTA Tools will interface with an externally maintained tool
- The TTA Tools will import a file provided by or export a file for an externally maintained tool
The assignment of the tools to one of these categories needs to be determined and approved.

Definitions
Time Reservation: A block or blocks of time that are expected to be scheduled and therefore reduce the time available for new requests.
