Met with Joe 2/21/25 - he offered to find documentation on ECT and determine the "state" of its interface. He suggested a research request to SSA planning is the next step if his findings are sufficient. Then, TTAT would prepare  requirements to be brought to the SSA planning. I suspect we are at least 6 months from having the requirements in hand.
