Background
Sometimes the regular calibration (regcal) will fail (diverge) and the self-calibration succeeds in fixing the image. In such cases, leave a note in the QA notes about the failed regcal, but then don't archive the regcal (delete from products).
If both regcal and self-cal fail (self-cal not applied, or that image also diverges) then don't archive either one (delete relevant images from products).
We will continue archive regcal with selfcal if both are successful (until/unless there are issues with filling up NGAS storage).
