Justification
<A description of the decision process and reasoning>
The detailed design of support for realfast identified the need for updates to the way that products are stored in the archive. The Science Products, Ancillary Products, and Associations portion of the Archive was designed to meet this and future SRDP needs. This unanticipated work pushed the workspaces, and previews out of delivery for the pilot. Legacy Capabilities are internally facing technical debt retirement but depend on workspaces so must also be delayed.

Impact
The primary impact is that the workspaces will not be available for supporting operations during the pilot, and there is increased risk of issues with the workspace affecting operations in wave 1 (see risk).
