Below is a list of additional NRAO AAT functionality for GBT data that has been requested by our staff and users. This input is based on the GBT Archive System Requirements document, GBT Archive Project Note#1 which is attached for your records.
(1) Support the ability to supply SDFITS and PSRFITS data formats from the raw archived data.
(2) The system should be able to ingest science products made by the science teams/staff.
(3) The system should allow the ability to load in NOTES per observing session after the archiving of the original data.
(4) The system should allow searching/filtering based on the following additional items (not currently supported in the AAT):
* Proposal Type (Regular, Large, Triggered, DDT),
* Proposal Catagory ((Extragalactic/Galaxies; Star Formation and ISM; Pulsars
and Compact Objects; Gravitational Waves and Energectic Transients; Solar
System)
* Proposal Sponsor (e.g., NSF Open-skies, Open Sponsor Project, Unavailable
Sponsor Project, Test Data)
*Backend (e.g., VEGAS, DCR, CCB, Zpectrometer, Spectrometer, GUPPI,
Spectral Processor)
*Frequency resolution range
*Polarization products
*Time resolution range
*Scan Intent (ProcName for the GBT)
*Observing Mode ((e.g., Continuum, Spectral-Line FSW, Spectral-Line TP,
Pulsar Incoherent, Pulsar Coherent, Pulsar Calibration, raw/baseband voltage])
*Observation Release Date
(5) Upon clicking on the total number of scans for a session, the AAT should display additional information:
*Scan number
*Scan observing date/time
*RA and Dec coordinate (Min/Max Range)
*Receiver
*Backend
*Scan Intent
*Observing Mode
*Data Notes
All of this potential new functionality is negotiable depending on resources, but wanted GBT specifics on your radar as you plan updates for the VLA/VLBA.

Adding a note that we should also figure out a way to handle DOI links to data products
