    • If a facility has capabilities that are observing types and computing types, then
      • the DPO could live in the same allocation request as the OS.
      • we ask the PI to declare their data products in the capability request then we use the algorithms to estimate the computing hours and make the DPO.
    • if a facility is a computing facility vs an observing facility,
      • then it would be separate Allocation Request within the proposal
