• Requirement - Story Mapping
  • Laura Jensen circulated TTAT requirements exported from Cameo and Jira
  • Allie gifted action item to start this review
• Discuss Allocation Requests/Technical Justifications/Feasibility Reviews
  • Section 3.2.2 point 14 in the System Description states this requirement
  • Resurfaced the term "Feasibility Justification"
• Review Process Diagram for OSR/PPR, and copy without version highlight
  • Alternative Version, with version hightlight
  • Suggestion to add the distinction that OSR is per proposal and PPR is a batch process
• Update on NRAO managed distributions of Firefox on macOS support ticket
  • The managed preference will eventually be changed for the effected TTAT team members.  In the future, NRAO managed firefox distributions on macOS will be changed overtime as new machines or ones that come in for repair.
• Feedback from the 23A TAC meeting
  • TAC would like more say in the vetting process. We discussed briefly how this could be accommodated
    • Add a SRP Chair vetting before the Review Process phase begins
    • No change in software requirements but change in culture: SRP Chairs/ members should communicate more readily with TTA Member that they need outside expertise. We have the requirement already to add out-of-panel reviewers to a proposal if needed.

  • Binary Score is per Proposal. 925 updated.
