We intend to commission a new website, https://vlass.nrao.edu, in the July/August 2021 timeframe, so it can be in production at least a month before the start of VLASS 2.2 observing. The site will have the following features:

https://vlass.nrao.edu (the top level of the site) will redirect users to https://public.nrao.edu/vlass, the public site for the project

https://vlass.nrao.edu/products will serve the cache of products and the HIPs interface, as https://archive-new.nrao.edu/vlass does now

https://vlass.nrao.edu/manager will serve the vlass-manager application, it will require internal-only access and authentication

We will commission https://vlass-test.nrao.edu in the May/June timeframe, with the same behaviors, as a test platform.

The old cache URL, https://archive-new.nrao.edu/vlass, will be functional until https://vlass.nrao.edu goes live, after that it will show a 'redirect' page with the new location for 3 months, after that it will be decommissioned.

We'll need to work with folks to update the links that point to the old site. I don't think https://public.nrao.edu/vlass (EPO) has any, but https://science.nrao.edu/vlass (Comms) almost certainly does.
