ea14 will on occasion have a few dead integrations. Thought to be a problem for (a couple years?). Recently, has been noticed ~2x/month. Easily the most noticeable when the dropout occurs during a BP scan, as the pipeline plotsummary plots look terrible. Weights will be affected as well.
