Motivated by SSA-6495 - Getting issue details... STATUS , SSA-6514 - Getting issue details... STATUS and SSA-6616 - Getting issue details... STATUS (see also PIPE-749 - Getting issue details... STATUS ), this page lists the requirements for what should be delivered for basic and calibrated measurement sets in the SRAO workflow.
Basic measurement sets (ALMA and VLA)
Products made available to the users should include, and be limited to:
- Untarred, uncompressed measurement set with online flags applied if the "apply online flags" dialog box is checked.
- Untarred, uncompressed measurement set flagversions (SDMID.ms.flagversions)
- Untarred, uncompressed weblog for the MS creation.
- PPR.xml, *casa_pipescript.py and *casa_commands.log for the MS creation
- *auxproducts.tgz
If a tar file is requested, all the above shall be tarred and compressed and delivered as a single tar.gz file. Files that are only used in the NRAO workflows (the manifest and aqua report) shall not be delivered to the user.
Calibrated measurement sets (ALMA and VLA)
Products made available to the users should include, and be limited to:
- Untarred, uncompressed measurement set(s) as output from the pipeline, containing both data and corrected columns and all sources including calibrators calibrated (needed for polarization calibration workflows).
- Untarred, uncompressed weblog for the calibration, clearly distinguished from the restore weblog (e.g. called "weblog_calibration").
- Untarred, uncompressed weblog for the restore, clearly distinguished from the calibration weblog (e.g. called "weblog_restore").
- PPR.xml, *calapply.txt, *casa_piperestorescript.py files for the restore. The PPR for the restore should be clearly distinguished from the PPR for calibration, for example, by naming it PPR_restore.xml
- *casa_pipescript.py, *casa_commands.log, PPR.xml for calibration. The PPR for the calibration must be clearly distinguished from the PPR for the restore, for example, by naming it PPR_calibration.xml.
- flux.csv (if used/supplied)
- *flagtemplate.txt, *flagtsystemplate.txt (if used/supplied).
- *caltables.tgz
If a tar file is requested, all the above shall be tarred and compressed and delivered as a single tar.gz file. Files that are only used in the NRAO workflows (the manifest and aqua report) shall not be delivered to the user.
