  • AHC is writing 2 stories:
    • New proposal creation landing page that has Solicitation information, then the proposal creation
      • Default title + serial number of proposal displayed
    • Assurance that vetting and panel config tabs will interact correctly concerning proposal assignment
• Notification Requirements (Mark F.)
  • MVP needs a minimal interface for email notification; do a very simple email (no requirement for reply-to). At a later date, we will revisit again.
• GBT Special Call Proposal Process
  • Make Confluence Page for Special Calls so we can collect examples, as this is not currently in scope.
• Recap from last meeting
  • Version 0.1 Review
    • Will work through the responses in the New Year.
  • Priorities for New Year:
    • Hardware Modelling
    • V0.3 → Time Allocation Process
