• Requirements for Conflict Management for TAC Members/ TAC Chair?
  • (Obviously) show the conflicted proposals in the list but what visibility should they have into SRP comments, TAC comments, OSDs, etc
  • Should TAC Chair have  full visibility regardless of conflicts?
  • TAC members have full visibility.
• Added more high level user stories for Preliminary Allocation Dispositions (PPR & OSR) and TAC meeting
