Agenda:
- Expanding domain to handle independent Allocation Disposition process
- TAC member relationship with proposals - conflicts, affiliated science category
- We reconfirmed that the Allocation process should not be dependent on the specifics of a type of Proposal Process
- As a TAC member I want to know what panel reviewed the proposal
- add field to Proposal Review entity
- for the PPR proposal process, the SRP name is set in the field
- for OSR proposal process, a different string is set
- We do not require the concept for conflicts for TAC members. If in the future we want to display automatic conflicts, we could compute them on the fly. However as other there exist other types of hard conflicts only known by self declaration, we think no conflict display is better, as it will force the TAC members to always thing about conflicts instead of relying on incomplete information.
