This external review is conducted following establishment of the TTA Tools concept, initial requirement elicitation, and socialization within the user community at several venues. The external review committee is charged by the NRAO director to evaluate the readiness of the TTA Tools project to exit from the project initiation phase and begin the first phase of design and implementation.
