On the left side for each wave are the things that we have officially said we were going to do in the concept document. In the middle are user facing things things that we want to make sure we do. It is intended in the sense of "don't forget we wanted to do X". On the right hand side are internal project that we want to do, or technical debt we have incurred that we need to pay off.
