New remote CI/CD for current GitHub repo (include: using docker to autobuild to test if this commit will let build successfully or not <- minimal requirement): 

https://circleci.com/gh/CARTAvis/carta (will move to TravisCI later, to get free MacOS build and unlimited build minutes for open source project).   

We may consider apt/yum/homebrew, or https://github.com/adolby/qt-more-builds/releases to use command line to install pre-built Qt 5.7 for CI.
